Many people have different styles of work patterns and it is great to style your spaces in a way that isn’t conventional but yet functional at the same time.
Some call it “The chill zone” others call them “Pods”; you could even refer to them as “Recharge zones” for indoor or outdoor fun activities. What is does is to make staff members less tensed, high on creativity and fully relaxed.
